Polaroid mounted on album page in custom frame, art handling trolley
Polaroid reproduction of a photo depicting Edvard Munch's painting “Snow Shovellers” (1913-14) which disappeared during World War II and is presumed lost. The polaroid is displayed inside a frame custom-built to the measurements of the lost painting, manufactured by the Munch Museum's supplier of frames Werner Murrer and HALBE-Rahmen in accordance with the museum's strict security and preservation requirements.
